Background

Deborah Ross, MA, is a graduate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and has been teaching meditation and holistic philosophy for over a decade. In addition to running public courses, events and retreats on an international basis, Deborah has also run sessions and courses for healthcare professionals, Social Workers and managers.

Deborah first became interested in meditation while researching the effects of stress on health for her final paper in Nursing in 1989. These studies indicated the positive effects that regular practice of meditation had on improving health and well-being.

Deborah RossHowever, further exploration demonstrated that meditation could do far more than this. After progressing to more advanced levels of meditation and exploring expanded states of awareness, Deborah has since aimed to share the benefits that metaphysical insights bring, and the tools that help you discover these for yourself.

Throughout her career in the Health Service, Social Work and more recently in Human Resources for the Tate Gallery, Deborah has found these tools of immense personal value.

"Today we had the pleasure of hearing all about the advantages of Colour. Deborah made it all so interesting. Many thanks...This lady definitely has a wonderful gift."
