Meditations

A Simple Breath Meditation

 Find somewhere quiet and comfortable
where you can give time to you.

It is best to sit upright with your legs crossed,
well supported with cushions.

Take deep breaths into your abdomen, allowing the air
to nourish all your cells, calm you and relieve
all the tension of the day.

Just feel all the tension being released with every breath.

As you feel yourself relaxing, begin to count to four
as you breathe in, keeping your attention on the counting.
Hold your breath for the count of four, and release it
to the count of four.

Continue this at a pace that is comfortable for you.

As you notice your thoughts coming and going,
just gently refocus your attention on the counting.

Over time you will discover that you develop
the ability to reshape your destiny,
by applying your attention where you need to for you,

..and that's just the beginning.
